Add Glowing Bear

Inbox in Hamsket is no longer usable as the service was shutdown at the end of March 2019. And replace it with Google Calendar, which can be handy for someone. Updated languages for English, Czech, and Slovak.
Add Glowing Bear, which is front-end for WeeChat IRC client.

Glowing Bear was merged into Rambox. For reference: https://github.com/ramboxapp/community-edition/pull/2912
