@89z The throttling is almost always at 1MB/s which is indeed slow. 10MB/s is acceptable, sure, but it's still throttling.
So... hum... The throttling is gone since today. I have been downloading correctly at 30MB/s all day now... Really no idea why... Nothing has changed.
