FinestWebView Activity unable to resume the previous activity after close button is clicked

I have an activity which is a menu activity that is used to start an activity that uses FinestWebView library, everything runs fine, but when the close button is clicked instead of resuming the previous menu activity I get a black activity instead.

I think Finest webview is an Activity itself and doesnt need to lunch it in a new Activity.
