Target API 26

Hello, We are currently using your library in one of our application. Actually we need a favour from your side. According to the Google Play Policy, all apps have to provide support for at least API level 26 which is not satisfied in your case. We are targeting API level 28. So can you please provide us support for API level 28 in your current repository?

This repository isn't being actively maintained. API Level 26 didn't exist until a year after the most recent commit, so I'm not too surprised that the code is outdated.

I'd gladly support a pull request to make this library compatible with Level 26, but I won't be implementing it myself as I'm not currently engaged in any Android development.

If you decide to patch the library to add support for Level 26 or higher, please send us a pull request. Just mention me and I'll review and merge it.
