One option might be to use a mounted webdav folder as the directory where docspell puts the files. But then any changes from nextcloud would be a terrible idea. But...

The easiest solution. Though not a direct connection is to use the [external sites app](https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/configuration_server/external_sites.html). With that you can add a custom navigation item to nextcloud aka your docspell
