Meshswap for leaves.

Check against existing requests

  • [x] I have checked existing feature requests, and my idea is different

Describe the context

I would like to see MeshSwap functionality extended to include leaves, so that they can be swapped or animated easily within MCprep.

How do you imagine your feature works?

  • Leaves would be treated as MeshSwap-able objects/groups.

  • Users could select leaves and apply a MeshSwap file to automatically assign new leaf models.

  • Optional: built-in sway or idle animation could be applied automatically, so leaves move naturally without extra animation work.

  • This would save time and maintain blocky Minecraft aesthetics while adding natural motion.

  • A configurating panel where you can adjust the speed etc.

What existing workaround (or closest thing to a workaround) do you have today (within Blender, MCprep, or any software)? If there is no workaround, explain why you feel this way.

Currently, there is no simple workaround in Blender or MCprep that allows leaves to sway automatically like in Mine-imator. Animators must manually adjust leaves with keyframes, shape keys, or modifiers.

Related #117, You (the user) can add blocks manually for Meshswap. Some simple blocks like yours case, leaves should be simple, doors or directional block might be depends.

But yeah meshswap design ain't that intuitive at the part you have to go into the meshswap blend file and config, "name" a block there.
