Simple Player Rig has incorrect UVs for outer Layer

What happened?
SimplePlayerX (X - Slim/Steve) has next problems:
- Incorrect Layer Size (this may be a style decision of OG author)
- Incorrect player size(Minecraft player [2 blocks -2px] tall, MCPrep just 2blocks tall)
- Flipped UVs on hands and feet
This needs fix due to minecraft parity because users expect this model to look and have proportions exact the same like in game
What steps are needed to produce the bug?
- Mob Spawner -> Simple PLayer Slim
- Mob Spawner -> Simple Player

Prefacing this by saying that all rigs in MCprep are community maintained.
UV issues seem to be an oversight with how the rig was made, so I'll add that to the bug tracker. Proportions however aren't a bug; they're intended to be 2 meters. While the Minecraft Wiki does mention the player is technically 1.8 blocks tall, in practice most people view the player as 2 blocks tall, hence why we made the rigs 2 meters. Ultimately, rigs can be resized, so proportions aren't an issue.
