[BUG] Account-V1 uses invalid SEA routing

Using a default sea region like th on shieldbow initialize causes shieldbow to use sea as the subdomain, although it doesn't exist for Account-V1.

This causes users to have to choose a different region for every Account-V1 call in the region instead of the correct region.

These regions should most likely call asia instead of sea as they are the closest to the region, although preferably is the region closest to the server doing the call.
