Bi-directional Sync Support

Add the ability to update local files if a change is detected via polling the IPNS key. This would enable someone to share the entire directory, and keys, and have the directory stay in sync across machines.

Removing v1.0.0 milestone. I'd prefer existing features get stable and released first.
