BTW you can use GM commands to finish that part of the quest for now (not ideal, but I haven't looked into how to add gossips yet).

I ran into this after not updating for 8 months, then trying to update. I ended up commenting out the entries.

systems: add Vulkan flags for Pi4/Pi5

Do you experience a performance bump using Vulkan? I'm super interested in this and curious about what's holding this PR back (IE: I'm happy to contribute tests).
