[Enhancement] Saving and loading saved timezones for different users

What happened?

The ability to save a list of all current timezone-set users into something like a json file and to load it in to restore them instantly without having to manually re-set every one of them would be appreciated. This may be useful for users who may have switched accounts, installments or devices.
