Add the license for your code and publish to open-vsx.org

Hello Ryan,

I use GitPod.io and VSCode as a web IDE. I would like to be able to use your extension in GitPod as well. But for that, your extension needs to be published additionally on https://open-vsx.org/. A description for publishing can be found here https://github.com/open-vsx/publish-extensions.

A problem is that there is no LICENSE in this project is available.

Would you maintain this once and arrange the publication in the Open VSX?
