It was just a one selector file so I thought it might as well be part of style.css

@mxmou, Just noticed this was happening:  The popup should be under the "Scratch Addons" title and popup switcher. I don't think there is a good way to fix this...

Make sure you remember that the only way that "other scripts" can add my account to the list is if they click the button. I could add an event.isTrusted if...
