NotTooMany Augments
Minecraft have many events to attach with augments. And... For example: 1)Low health 2)Full health 3)damaged 4)damaging 5)moving 6)staying still 7)Mind warped 8)many mobs around 9)one mob around 10)Falling 11)Many vis in aura 12)low vis in aura 13)light 14)dark 15)in water 16)in lava XD 17)Not warped(clear mind) 18)day 19)night 20)After death(even with using totem) AND THERE MANY OTHERS!))) ...
Now that we have the celestial observer I think it would be perfect to add a celestial augment. Its strength would be determined by the moon phase; Full Moon = Full Power, New Moon = No power, etc. This would come after the celestial observer research. It would only work in dimension where there is a moon/day-night cycle. Also It would couple nicely with the timewinder from Thaumic Wonders.
