Commands not working on server

I am using a locally hosted server to play with friends. the thaumic augmentation commands are not available through the client or through the server console

I just tested it and they seem fine on my end.

1. Are you using the normal Forge server, or something else (like one of the Bukkit+Forge server flavors)?
2. Do you see anything in the logs (probably near server startup)?
3. Probably a stupid question, but it's happened before: did you actually install the mod on the server?
4. If that all didn't reveal anything: what version of the mod are you using?

In order, a normal forge server running enigmatica 2 expert with thaumic augmentation added I don't think I saw anything in particular The mod is definitely installed since I can place and use the items 1.12.2

When I enter /thaum and press tab, thaumicaugmentation is not listed, nor does it work when I enter it into the console.

Well, I'll try again just to confirm this

Edit:it seems i may be an idiot, or I deleted the server I tested it on, since none of them seem to have it

Edit 2:just loaded up a new server, and it says unknown command

Edit 3:thaumic augmentation does not seem to appear in the server console at all, though the items and such are still present
