[Enhancement] Rotatable Ancient Pillars

Currently they aren't rotatable despite having pillar on it's name. I think it would be great if they were made to be so like vanilla's quartz and purpur pillars.

Unfortunately with how I tried to combine all the stone-like blocks into a single technical block, I'm not sure if I have enough metadata space left to support that. I might be able to think of something, though.
