Really Upgrade OmniFaces

I forgot to update the pom on my pull request

Let's postpone this to BootsFaces 2.0 or BootsFaces 1.5. My IDE is optimized for Tomcat, and there's no easy way to support both Tomcat+CDI and the JavaEE profiles in the same pom.xml. Bear with me :).

I've updated the Gradle file which is used by the showcase. It now uses OmniFaces 2.6.1. I've also updated the Maven file to OmniFaces 1.14 (that's the merge conflict). Along the way, I've noticed that Gradle still used HighFaces 1.1 and PrimeFaces 5.2. I've updated these libraries, too.
