Change the default resolution of Hazelnut to be 1280x720.

I would change the default resolution of the editor window to 1280x720, because there are still many people (12.5% of the Steam hardware survey) with screens below 1600x900.

Currently Hazel does not support loading a 'custom' default layout. For now we only provide Cherno's version of the imgui config file with the layout. If that layout fails, it falls back to imgui's default. We could provide our own config file, but this could be a feature added later on. Feel free and try it yourself in the meantime?

I think 1600x900 is a an absolute minimum...
