"The function can't support Mac" when attempting KVM ('Java plug-in')

I receive error 'The function can't support Mac' when attempting KVM.

Image

Troubleshooting attempted:

I verified I can run app successfully via commands in troubleshooting section: cd ~/Applications/IPMIView.app/Contents/Resources/IPMIView/ java -jar IPMIView20.jar

When I attempt to permit input monitoring, the JavaVirtualMachines folder in location indicated in this repos instructions is empty: Library -> Java -> JavaVirtualMachines

Perhaps my version of Java or MacOS keeps this in a different location (if anyone knows, please reply)

My system:

Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2

Java Version 8 Update 441 (build 1.8.0_441-b07)

Hi! I have the same problem. Can you please tell me if the java plug-in file (*.jnlp) is launched via java launcher?
