Sorry for the late response... I executed `winget install Microsoft.Dotnet.DeskTopRuntime.6 --architecture x86` and it no longer appears on winget upgrade.  Now I'm unable to uninstall Microsoft.DotNet.Runtime.6 package. It appears...
