[FEATURE REQUEST] [IDEA]: CategoryGroups for FilteredWords

Make FilteredWords into CategoryGroup/arrays so each can have its own category ID and ignoreWordFilter can then also be used to define permissions based on the category ID

E,g you may want a role to have permission to ignore array 1 (of 5 words) but have another 2 arrays filled with words you want the roles on your server to have different permissions for.

Yes! If we could add languages, that would be dope too. Like filter all instances of Korean characters in a channel but allow them everywhere else for instance

With the addition of Discord's builtin AutoMod filter for custom words this is not needed now.
