When Theme pool is small next Theme is likely to be the current Theme

If the Theme pool only has for example 3 songs for example

  • Bigfoot
  • Face the Enemy 1
  • Hell March its highly likely the next song will be Bigfoot again even tho there seems to be code in place that should prevent the current Theme from being reused.
