Unable to launch from application launcher

Describe the bug
When I use the shortcut in my application launcher I get a bong of error and a notification that I don't have the privilege to run that program.
"You are not authorized to execute this file" is the exact error message.
To be thorough, I used the terminal and tried each binary in the bin/ directory. All 3 launched with no issues. So at this point I have NO idea what the problem is.
Side Note: appimagelauncherd does not close when launched in the terminal. It says "done" and sits there. I have to "CTRL+Z" to end it. That's the only weird behavior for that.
I also, just to make sure, tried the 3 binaries in /usr/bin/ and there was no problems.
Expected behavior
Honestly, not a clue as I have no idea what the shortcut loads. I'm assuming the settings dialog.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Try to run the settings dialog using the Application Manager. I use "Application Launcher 2.0" for Plasma 6.
