Will not install on Raspberry Pi 4 (Debian)

Describe the bug

I download the file from Github, and in the file explorer, when I click on it, it asks me if I want to install the file. I click on yes, and it starts loading cache. but then I get a message that says: a package could not be found that allows the action to complete. more information can be found in the detailed report.

well, there is no detailed report, and I cant install this. what do I do?

Expected behavior

I expected to see it install, or at the very least give me the detailed report.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Download the file on a Raspberry Pi 4 open file explorer open file click install wait a sec, then error.

just this one, figured they would all do the same...

Additional context

I don't know what to do. i was trying to install mcpelauncher, but that was an AppImages file. so now I need this to download it.
