I am not willing to waste time on maintaining a table of context (which is what I presume you meant) in a Markdown file manually. We'd have to rewrite the file to, e.g., reStructuredText, which is capable of generating a table of context.

You seem to be too lazy to write proper issues. It is not asked too much to properly describe your motivation for a change. This one contains just enough information so I won't close it immediately. Developers don't have time to spend on asking questions back and forth. There is a reason there's such a holistic issue template. New issues of this kind will be closed unseen.
