[Feature] - Add Switch to turn Debug Logs On/ Off

Currently:

• Sending Heartbeat
• Heartbeat successfully sent.
• Running Command.

Spam the log unessecarily, but they are good when the user themselves want to understand what issue it might be having.

Solution

Implement a button within the wakatime Interface panel to Enable or disable the Logs.
