Cannot create model server with the command in README

When I run modal run server.py --app-name "todo_list" --api-call "complete_task(1)" the error message was Could not locate stub variable in server.py.

I didn't set up the model key as instructed, as I was not sure where to set the key. I have joined Scale Spellbook's waitlist trying to get the key and now waiting for their update.

I would be glad if someone could point me to the solution or let me know if I'm on the right track. Thanks!
