Can confirm @thirus's issue, it's the same in my app. Looking at memory dumps, there's a lot of XML reminiscent of the EventPipe xml.

@bdrupieski in the [comments of preview 7 release blog](https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/announcing-net-core-3-0-preview-7/), Richard mentioned they're not doing "RC" anymore and we can consider preview 7 as the RC.

I don't have a solution off the top of my head. This would be a better issue for the [sourcelink](https://github.com/dotnet/sourcelink) repo.

I think it's time we remove that tool. While it did seem useful, it hasn't gotten updates in years at this point.

Asked about an equivalent [on the SourceLink repo](https://github.com/dotnet/sourcelink/issues/717). We'll either move to that or remove it from the tool chain.

Since this is an upstream problem, the only thing you can do as of right now is to remove the target.
