Add Telugu translation (te)

This project aims to make algorithm explanations and documentation accessible to everyone, regardless of language. In this pull request, I have added Telugu language support to the website under public/locales/te/. This helps Telugu-speaking developers and learners understand algorithm concepts in their native language.

The update includes:

Addition of common.json and categories.json files for Telugu (te) localization.

Minor English text improvement for better clarity and translation consistency.
