[FEATURE] Add an option to show (& probably run) tests

Description of the feature request

The Lua repo has tests and algorithm implementations neatly separated. It would be nice if there was a way to show (& probably run) the tests.

Nice idea but almost every repo handles tests in a different way, so it would be pretty hard to implement for every single repo.
