Motivation
Hi, it's a really amazing job putting together all of these and I appreciate the efforts of everyone ..pls can you add the problems first before writing the solution code it makes it easier to know what we are working on ...most only have a name and not the actual problem we are trying to solve thanks if this is possible..I appreciate in advance

I haven't quite understood what this issue is asking for, and how specifically it wants it to be accomplished.
The title says

which would imply that some sort of "tagging" (via comments?) is desired? How specifically? But in the post it says
pls can you add the problems first before writing the solution code it makes it easier to know what we are working on
which I would disagree with: If the name refers to a well-known problem, mentioning that is enough.
most only have a name and not the actual problem we are trying to solve thanks if this is possible
What is meant by this? A name is often enough to refer to "the actual problem" the code solves.
