@appgurueu @raklaptudirm Added the solution and test cases for Project Euler problem 19.

Already created existing PRs for the Project Euler problems Problem 4, Problem 5, Problem 6, Problem 9 and Problem 14 & Problem 15 can be checked as well.

Kindly verify and merge the PRs, if looks good.
