Frizzy Numbers
Added the Frizzy number algorithm that calculates the n-th sum of powers of a given base when starting in ascending order
Example base = 3 and n = 4 Ascending order of sums of powers of 3 =
- 1st => 3^0 = 1
- 2nd => 3^1 = 3
- 3rd => 3^1 + 3^0 = 4
- 4th => 3^2 + 3^0 = 9 Ans = 9
