Translators' admissions

Algorithms-Explanation is already doing a good job in terms of translations. We already have:

• Brazilian Portuguese
• English
• Spanish
• Nepali

I think we're still missing some people to lead other languages like:

• Japanese
• Mandarim
• French and others? thoughts?

We welcome any contributor to build this and suggest new languages.

• The algorithm isn't a duplicate in this repository in that language.
• Follow the steps mentioned at the README.md.
• Ensure that you include YouTube, Wikipedia, or any other links for algorithm explanation.

Would be better to create a PR for language to make things cleaner, IMO.
