Not Working for Windows 10

I have been messing around trying to get this script to work, but more issues keep appearing from nowhere, most files had to be created since not existing, the patch name to "Lua-settings" was also outdated, all fixed, no big deal, no more errors now, I'm glad, problem is Command Line is giving me a warning:

[mpv_thumbnail_script_client_osc] The syntax of the command is incorrect. [mpv_thumbnail_script_client_osc] The 'tick' event is deprecated and will be removed.

No changes were made to the code, it seems the script itself is outdated, can this be fixed or is it just dead for windows ?

please dont ever post a textfile as images

you seemed to have missed the giant all caps "THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS PATH." warning.
