Enhancement: Add animated counter on scrolling

Description

  • On the home page, down there counts of various items are provided,
  • I want to add an animated counter effect on scrolling down.

Screenshot

When someone scrolls down the page to this section all count of items starts increasing from zero and ends up at the targeted count.

Please assign me on this under GSSOC.
