What is the SO term name and accession? 3_prime_UTR_variant (SO:0001624)

Describe what you would like to change. I would like to change the term to three_prime_UTR_variant to make it consistent with the term three_prime_UTR (SO:0000205). Using letters instead of a number also has the advantage of being more tolerated/consistent with computer programs and more intuitively sortable alphabetically.
