What is this request referring to? the genome of a digital organism

What is the name you would like SO to give the term? digital genome

What is the definition that you would like for this term? a genome of a digital organism is a circular list of instruction codes than can be executed sequentially by the virtual CPU of a digital organism.

Synonyms digital analog of a chemistry-based genome (i.e., a chemistry-based genome and a digital genome are both information storing devices).

Parent Term Please put "digital genome" and "chemistry-based genome" under genome (SO:0001026).

@miguelfortuna I believe this may be out of the Sequence Ontology's scope. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if your digital analogs are true to their biological counterparts shouldn't the sequence features involved be the same as well?

@keilbeck Do you have any insights here?
