@keilbeck Was this term meant to apply to protein coding genes only? It is not specified in the definition, but it can be inferred based on its placement in the ontology. If so, we may want to specify that attribute and create a new term under ncRNA and ncRNA_gene. There are no children of this particular term but the siblings all share a similar format "gene_with_[...]".
