Transposon_CDS/Transposon_pseudogene [sf#299]

I guess these would have to be child terms of CDS and also child terms of LTR_transposons and other classes that have coding potential.

transposable_element_pseudogene SO:0001897 transposable_element_CDS SO:0001896 I think understood your request. You want to annotate the CDS portion of a gene within a transposable element, and likewise for a pseudogene. I made these cross product terms. I'll check them in shortly.
