The link to the new location of the project in the README, https://github.com/TheRoyalSweatshirt/The_Royal_Projects/tree/schwann/Complete%20Kits/The_RoMac_rev2.1, is broken. The GitHub user TheRoyalSweatshirt doesn't seem to exist.

Is this project still open-source, or has the source been removed?
