Will keep track of roadmap here.

Single SA instance currently achieves ~3k moves/sec
Reintegration of RTree [Rtree stuff is already there, just need to verify]
Fix CPP-Taskflow integration [Multistart currently done via Python Multiprocessing]
Current issue: many components lead to convergence to local minima w/ interior components of netlist clusters getting trapped. Rudy cost term helps, but another possible fix: https://arxiv.org/abs/physics/9903008 [Stochastic Tunneling]
Currently we integrate over the exp-Rudy-density matrix. Can try other things - i.e. force-directed placement
Hierarchical placement for PCB?
