Description

Consider the following case: This is a drNet with 3 pins to be connected in the current worker. The first search operation is for routing from Pin1 to Pin2. The second search operation should route from Pin2 to Pin3. The prevViaX distance is not considered in the second search operation. This info should be considered as mentioned in https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD/issues/5418
