Matt, This is for the purposes of discussion. So is marked draft. We can now natively run the hierarchical objects in sta on odb without a "fake Concrete Library". The new dbNetwork api handles this by noting what is "fake concrete library" (ie Liberty cells) and what is genuine odb (ie Hierarchy). Let's chat about this idea and see if it seems to make sense.
