  • improved folder naming scheeme to be sequential in time
  • allow for bins and results to live in different folders
  • add Dockerfile for easy testing

Now you can add -e INSTALL_PATH=/OpenROAD-flow-scripts/tools/install to your docker run command or export the variable, then it will use the correct bins while saving the results to the current folder.
