Full dynamic squads implementation
- start with spawning no matter if it interrupts remote spawning
- Later delineate between defensive and attacking in spawn priority
- convert into transport mode when enemies aren't present (make more complex)
- depending on needs, spawn or don't spawn dismantler, ranger, melee-heal duo
- if squad members die in defence, remove combat request and, if a remote, add abandonment
- should support duplicate creeps of each member type
