Full dynamic squads implementation

  • start with spawning no matter if it interrupts remote spawning
    • Later delineate between defensive and attacking in spawn priority
  • convert into transport mode when enemies aren't present (make more complex)
  • depending on needs, spawn or don't spawn dismantler, ranger, melee-heal duo
  • if squad members die in defence, remove combat request and, if a remote, add abandonment
  • should support duplicate creeps of each member type
