Advanced requests for power creeps

  • Communes that want powers can specify the power they want and its priority in a request
  • Power creeps can be spawned in if possible, and otherwise sent creeps if reasonable
  • Power creeps will be assigned the commune's name in their memory and indicate before requests are made that they are fulfilling the power request
