Spawning to much remote haulers and to much idle times

What is the current inefficiency the bot is engaging in?

• Often at remote sources maybe 5-8 haulers are waiting for energy. So they are to much of them.
• If the source is empty all haulers, sometimes 20 are waiting and doing nothing.

What should the bot be doing instead?

• Review the spawn amount logic behind remote haulers.
• If a source is empty, but in the same room is another one where the container is full and energy lying already on the floor, using the time till the source came back to help the other source.
