New army member: Parrot

Description

Parrots are tactical little creatures, and can be used to remotely drop TNT on enemies (only one at a time before needing to find a nearby army storage unit or the player to get another piece from). The player needs a way to mark which enemies to target, as allowing it to blow up any could result in damage to friendly units unless they're augmented to not take explosive damage.
