Config: Preserve NBT for squad items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a server owner, I do not want players using "different" items to make squads when the only difference is the enchantment or the stack's name.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option (disabled by default) to allow preserving NBT for squad items.

Additional context I hope there aren't any mods that still do this, but items that are based on NBT have existed in the past, so an option to allow it would be useful for servers that want to use those as unique items for squad creation.
